Fever Note (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "Service") is a mobile application that helps parents record and manage their children's temperature and fever medication. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

10. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for direct use by children under 13 years of age. Child health information entered in the App is provided by parents/guardians (users) for the purpose of managing their children's health, not by children providing their own personal information.
If collection of personal information from children under 13 is necessary, we will obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of their children's personal information.
11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
11.1 Purpose of Cookies
The App uses only minimal cookies necessary for maintaining login sessions. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party cookies.
11.2 Opting Out of Cookies
You can refuse to store cookies through your web browser settings. However, if you refuse cookies, you may have difficulty using some services that require login.

15. Responsibility for Linked Sites
The App may provide links to other websites or external services. In such cases, the App has no control over external sites and services and is not responsible for the usefulness or accuracy of services or materials provided by those sites.

16. Promotional Information
The App does not send promotional information for commercial purposes without your explicit prior consent. If promotional information needs to be sent in the future, it will only be sent after obtaining separate consent.

17. Liability and Disclaimer
The App strives to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and assumes responsibility in accordance with relevant laws in the event of damage caused by personal information leakage.
However, the App may be exempt from liability in the following cases:

- Personal information leakage due to user's own negligence
- Cases where users voluntarily provide personal information to third parties
- Other cases occurring without the App's intent or negligence
18. User's Obligations
Users have an obligation to protect their own personal information, and the App is not responsible for problems caused by user negligence.
- Users must maintain accurate and up-to-date information. Responsibility for problems arising from incorrect information lies with the user.
- Users must safely manage their login information (ID, password, etc.) and may not transfer or lend it to third parties.
- Users must log out and close the browser after using public devices to prevent personal information leakage.
- Using or stealing others' personal information may result in punishment under applicable laws.
